Executive Officer FNB Commercial Banking

Purpose:

The incumbent will be a member of the FNB Executive Committee (Exco) and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of FNB Namibia.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker required to Identify opportunities to build and maintain a profitable, focused and sustainable Commercial Segment, thereby contnbuting meaningfully to the overall growth of FirstRand Namibia and the development of the economy of Namibia at large by:

• Ensuring that the high standards demanded by our current and prospective Business clients are maintained through efficient and innovative customer centric product, solutions and services.
• Leading and managing Heads of Sub-segments, teams of Business Relationship Managers, Credit Managers, FNB Business Branch staff and relevant support functions.
• Managing relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery.

Qualifications:

• MBA or other equivalent business management degree.
• A minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience, preferably within the Banking sector, of which 5-years should have been on a Senior /Executive Management level.
