We are expanding our Namibian operations and are looking for Purchasing Analyst x 2 Location: Windhoek

Job Purpose:

The incumbent will promote and maintain a high level of communication and liaise with external suppliers and branches. All purchases shall be in accordance with Motovac policy.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a computer-related field.
• Experience in a purchasing environment will be an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Excel and technology skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Self – Motivated and highly organized.
• Creative problem-solving skills.

Job Duties:

• Assists the purchasing team in maintaining the stock availability and improving product range.
• Prepares and maintains accurate records and documentation on all purchases and related follow-ups.
• Coordinates and resolves problems with branches and suppliers.
• Works with excel to analyze information and make decisions.
• Communicates with suppliers to place orders and do follow-ups.
• Does other various analysis in MS Excel.
• Performs other related duties such as special assignments and any ad-hoc duties required.
