SENIOR OFFICER: ETG CLAIMS SUPPORT (GRADE D2) wanted at Namibia Training Authority 855 views

 

Duty Station: Head Office

Reporting to: Manager: Employer Training Grant (ETG)

Purpose: To sensitise and advise employers on the value of the Training Levy program and support employers in the claims submission process in line with the VET Act and Regulations. Promote strong customer orientated culture.

Key Performance Areas

• Provide advisory services to employers on the Training Levy Program and promote NTA’s services where necessary;
• Drive Stakeholder Engagement Plan to broaden employers’ participation in the Training Levy Program; and
• Promote and instill a culture of customer excellence to provide efficient and effective services to employers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 7) and
• Five (5) years’ Customer Service/ Stakeholder Engagement experience of which 2 years are at supervisory capacity.
