Introduction

Primary Purpose of the Position:

•Responsible for implementing, managing and monitoring annual business plans in the Satellite Office.
•Responsible for ensuring the effective management of business processes and funds maintenance.
•Responsible for the enforcement of compliance by employers and employees to all SSC regulations and procedures.
•Responsible for the overall office administration inclusive of stock control, vehicle management, quality service delivery, people management, customer service, information technology and risk management.

•Compliance functions
•Cash collections and other payments
•Revenue/Debt management and accounting
•Budgeting and budget control
•Claims administration
•Satellite office administration
•Staff supervision
•Electronic Data Interface (EDI)
•Customer care (internal and external)
Requirements
Job Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration or equivalent.
•Minimum 5 – 7 years’ relevant experience in a financial and / or corporate environment.
•At least 1 year supervisory level experience.

•Fluency in both written and spoken English
•Strong empathy competence
•Good problem solving and decision making skills.
•Attention to detail
•Team player
•Able to travel outside regional location
•Able to work without or minimal supervision
•Computer literate
•High ethical standards
