Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA, Supply Chain Management, or similar) will be an added advantage
- Professional certifications (CIPS)
- At least 10 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or commercial management of which 5 years in a senior leadership role within mining, heavy industry, or manufacturing.
- Strong experience in contract management, strategic sourcing, and supplier governance.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex stakeholders, and drive organisational change.
- Experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred).
- Experience implementing digitalisation initiatives
- Valid Code B Driver’s License
- Police Clearance Certificate (not older than 6 months)
