Key Responsibilities
- Implementation and active marketing of programs aimed at the construction industry
- Increase our level of support to our loyal construction Customers
- Targeting of Customers that is not loyal anymore
- Re-engage with Customers that do not use our parts and services
- Selling of technology into the construction industry
- Increased machine inspections, quote generation and follow up in orders to generate sales (C4C Sales funnel)
- Improve relationships with key construction Customers
- Build and maintain new and existing relationships
Requirements
- B. Tech Degree or B.Sc./ B.Eng. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Project Management added advantage
- Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Trade Diploma
- At least 5 years’ experience in the earthmoving industry in a Supervisory or Management role
- Exposure to business planning / budgeting processes
- Basic business and financial acumen
- Sound business communication and presentation skills
- High level of computer literacy (including relevant SAP)
- Problem solving, Analysis and judgment, Numerical reasoning
- Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license
