JOB PURPOSE
The risk systems co-ordinator will daily monitor, report and keep record of communications between the Risk Department, Metro stores, Head Office and Services Providers

Key Responsibilities
- Implement processes to monitor Risk department device on Metro network.
- Ensure technical support provided to Metro stores w.r.t CCTV surveillance system, Alarm system, Biometric devices, Note Counters, Auto drop safes and discrepancies detected on Internal Network.
- Co-oridinate communication between Risk Department, Metro stores and Service Providers.
- Establish a Risk Department Helpdesk for Stores and Service providers to effectively monitor outstanding queries on CCTV system faults, Alarm faults, Biometric Devices faults, Note Counter and auto drop safe are attended.
- Responsible for Integrations between CCTV surveillance and Arch POS also Note Counters in Cash Offices.
- Identify and report discrepancies detected regarding risk department device on Metro network.
- Maintain register for discrepancies detected, resolved and outstanding needing the necessary attention of applicable responsibly party.
- Work closely with contracted National Alarm Security Companies or other loss prevention agents employed by Metro to ensure safeguarding of Metro assets.
- Recommend best practices to maintain Risk Department systems and devices.
- Liaising with third party services providers e.g., Arch support, Metro IT, CCTV surveillance service providers, National Alarm service providers etc. on benchmarking standards.
- Attend to Ad Hoc task assigned by Risk Exec and Metro Namibia MD for time-to-time.
Requirements
- Computer literate – Arch training, Microsoft -Outlook, Word & Excel and HikCentral (CCTV software) would be an added advantage.
