WELWITCHIA SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE & NATURE CONSERVATION is seeking to appoint a TVET Trainer: Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Automation
Supervise workshop activities and industrial simulations.
Develop lesson plans, assessments, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards (HSE).
Assess learner performance and maintain training records.
Conduct assessments and maintain learner records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology or related fields.
Holder of relevant industrial skill certificates (e.g., mechanical processing, CNC technology, automation system certification) is preferred.
2 years or more of working experience in manufacturing or industrial automation is preferred.
Assessor/Moderator qualification (added advantage).
A Code B driver’s licence will be an advantage.
