Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training in Automotive Engineering / Automotive Mechatronics
• Teach both theory and hands-on practical automotive systems (i.e. Engine systems and diagnostics, Vehicle electronics and sensors, Engine Control Unit (ECU) systems and fault diagnosis, Hybrid/electric vehicle basics & Automotive workshop practice.
• Supervise workshop training and safety compliance.
• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and training materials.
• Conduct learner assessments and maintain training records.
• Ensure compliance with industry and TVET standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Automotive Engineering (Bachelor), Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Strong experience in modern vehicle systems and diagnostics.
• Industry experience in automotive workshop or dealership environment.
• Teaching or training experience will be an advantage.
• Strong practical and communication skills.
• Must be registered as an assessor, moderator, and instrument developer with the NTA or in a process of doing so.
• A Code B driver’s licence will be an advantage
