Key Responsibilities

Deliver training in Construction Engineering / Civil Construction subjects (theory & practical).
Facilitate competency-based training (CBT).
Develop lesson plans, assessments, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with safety (HSE) and TVET standards.
Conduct assessments and maintain learner records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Technology, Construction Management or related fields.
Registration or certification with the Engineering Council of Namibia (ECN) or relevant construction industry qualification is preferred.
2 years or more of practical experience in architectural project design, construction, supervision or management is preferred.
Assessor/Moderator qualification (added advantage).
A Code B driver’s licence will be an advantage.
