Namibia Fish Consumption Promotion Trust (NFCPT) is seeking to appoint a 1 x DEBTORS CLERK – B3. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure accounts receivable are up-to-date and that follow-ups are made to ensure the timely settlement of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares Debtor’s Accounts-Reports and Reconciliations
- Capture and process promotional manual sales invoices
- Following up on unpaid balances for stock losses and other receivables
- Reconcile daily sales figures and cash-deposit transactions for each branch
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliation
- Provide accounting/administrative support services.
- Captures all petty cash transactions for Branches and Head Office.
Requirements
- A Grade 12 certificate at NQF level 3 plus a Diploma in Accounting and/or Bookkeeping.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar position.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is compulsory.
