Providing professional Front Desk services. Successful candidate shall be required to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

- handling traditional reception responsibilities
- clerical and administrative tasks that support daily office operations
Requirements
- Grade 12, Office Management Diploma or equivalent academic qualification in related field from recognised university or college.
- At least three years’ working experience in the administrative environment.
- Prior experience as a professional receptionist/office administrator or in a related field of customer service and office work.
- Computer proficiency, Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook and Power point.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional and courteous telephone manners.
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service both face to face and over the telephone.
- Ready to work in the high-performance business environment and meeting strict deadlines.
- Ability to liaise with people at a Senior Level in the corporate organization.
- Professional and multi-skilling.
- Knowledge of customers service principles and practices.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedure.
- Ability to keep confidentiality.
- Strong work ethics.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Prepared to work long hours to complete tasks.
