Key Responsibilities

• ensures smooth coordination of project activities at the facility and community level.
• SSC supervise Community Care Workers and Data Clerks
• ensure ART adherence and VL monitoring
• facilitate case conferencing with facility staff.
• act as the link between the project and facility leadership.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HIV/OVC program implementation.
• Experience supervising community-based workers.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of ART adherence, disclosure support, and psychosocial care.
• Fluency in English and local languages.
