Densys Renewable Energy is looking for reliable and hardworking PV Solar Technician to assist with the installation of solar PV systems across Namibia. This role involves supporting electricians and technicians on-site and performing a variety of hands-on tasks. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with installation of solar PV systems (residential, commercial, and industrial)
Carry and position solar panels on rooftops
Assist with cable routing, trunking, and mounting structures
Dig trenches for underground cabling
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Support site preparation and general installation work
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Assist electricians and technicians as required

Requirements

Physically fit and willing to perform manual work
Practical mindset and good problem-solving ability
Willingness to travel throughout Namibia
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
Electrical or mechanical experience (advantageous)
No formal qualification required, but technical aptitude is preferred
