The Capricorn Foundation, in partnership with Unmatched Potential. Vocational Graduate Entrepreneurship Programme – Be Your Own Boss. A 3-month mentorship journey designed to empower vocational graduates with practical business skills, entrepreneurial confidence, and a supportive community. The programme is targeted at individuals who want to start or scale a real business using their vocational skills. 20 participants will be selected for the full 3-month programme. The programme will be hosted in Swakopmund, Erongo Region. Applicants must submit a resume and a motivation letter as part of their application.

- Mindset development for real world entrepreneurship
- Practical start up challenges
- Access to an entrepreneurial support community
Requirements
- Hold Level 3 or Level 4 VTC qualifications
- Are based in the Erongo Region (programme sessions are delivered in Swakopmund)
- Are currently unemployed, semi employed, or self employed
- Are passionate about becoming entrepreneurs and transforming their vocational skills into business opportunities
