Key Responsibilities

• Operate the tuckshop as a private business, subject to a monthly rental payable to Windhoek High School.
• Serve only approved food and beverage items in line with the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture guidelines and the school’s nutrition policy.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service.
• Ensure that the tuckshop operates efficiently and responsibly in the best interests of the learners and the school community.
• Operate the tuckshop during school hours as determined by Windhoek High School.
• Be responsible for the recruitment, remuneration, and management of staff. All staff must be appropriately trained, professional, and presentable.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour, health, tax, and municipal regulations.

• Relevant experience and references.
• Ability to manage stock, staff, and finances effectively.
