Key Responsibilities

• Record, monitor, and reconcile employee time and attendance data daily
• Maintain accurate timesheets and flag discrepancies for resolution
• Generate basic statistical reports and summaries for management review
• Support general office administration tasks including filing, scheduling, and correspondence
• Liaise with staff, supervisors, and payroll to resolve time-related queries
• Assist with data entry, tracking, and system updates as required
• Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy across all records
• Assist with yearly and quarterly audits.

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate
• Advantageous tertiary qualifications in Statistics, Administration, HR, or tech related field
• Advantageous prior experience in timekeeping, payroll support, or office administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – especially EXCEL
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical
• A strong aptitude for learning new technical tools is highly valued.
• Advantageous exposure to time & attendance systems or HR software
