Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree at NQF Level 7 in Public Management Administration, Business Administration, plus 5 years’ experience at overall supervisory or at middle management.
• Be a Namibian citizen.
• Profound knowledge of local governance.
• A sense of integrity.
• Leadership and management skills.

Salary

Salary scale: N$202,825 – N$211,020 .00 per annum; Basic salary: N$ 202,825.00 per annum; Motor Vehicle Allowance: N$110,917.00 per annum Housing Allowance: 40% of basic salary Cell phone Allowance: N$1,200.00 per month Pension Contribution: 21.7% per month Medical Contribution: 90% per month
