Key Responsibilities
- Providing 2nd & 3rd line support on
- Workstations and laptop
- Network (LAN) issues
- Printer, copiers and fax machines
- MS Office and other application support
- Technical troubleshooting and repairs on IT related equipment
- Provide 1st line support on:
- Routers / switches
- Servers & Server software
- Assign calls to the technical staff
- Assign calls to technical staff
- Log calls with 3rd party support
- Stock management
- Ensure sufficient backup stock is available
- User profiles
- Office Administration
- Server Support
Requirements
- Namibian citizenship
- Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 4 years experience
- Internationally recognised A+ and N+, MCSA will serve as a distinct advantage
- Exceptional understanding of the principles of networking and internet technologies
- Above average technical knowledge of PCs, laptops & printers
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Valid Code B drivers licence
