Key Responsibilities
- Liaise directly with existing customers.
- Source and develop client referrals.
- Prepare weekly sales action plan.
- Develop and maintain customer databank, activity records and sales reports.
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
- Make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
- Grow the allocated area of responsibility and achieve targets.
Requirements
- Grade 11 – 12 / Tertiary education an advantage.
- 3 years’ sales experience in a Commercial / B2B environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Computer literate. (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Knowledge of stationery, computer consumables and office furniture will be an advantage.
- Must have Namibian Citizenship.
