Fortune Holdings (Fh Namibia) is seeking to appoint a RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN ASSISTANT on a FIXED TERM CONTRACT.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage incoming calls and clients
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars
- Filing and general administrative duties / data entry
- Maintain office inventory
- Handle general client enquiries
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Grade 12 certificate
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook; Pastel an advantage)
- Valid Code BE driver’s license
- Data capturing skills
- Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills
