Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the optimum cement quality (100%) according to the regulating standards
- Establish and improve the quality assurance system and Standard Operating Procedures
- Responsible for the technical management of the company’s rotary kiln, calcination and grinding processes
- Process management; parameter coordination optimization, continuous improvement of processes and technical analysis
- Process inspection, overhaul, and process technology account management
- Process technology improvement, plan formulation, reports, implementation and effect evaluation
- Undertake mine quality management duties, collaboration with mining personnel through intermittent communication to coordinate limestone mining
- Undertake after-sales technical support duties
- Responsible for the technical development of new products
- Raw material quality management, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards while maintaining communications with business partners
Requirements
- University degree majoring in Inorganic non-metals
- Minimum of 8 years working experience with at least 5 years served in a managerial role in the cement industry
- Familiarity with new dry process production line technology, quality SOPs, and other technical management processes
- Ability to organize and delegate production duties/tasks
- Solve process quality problems and R & D capabilities
- Ability to ensure that the process technology, quality, and economic indicators meet the company’s requirements
- Familiar with the relevant requirements of SABS, NSI and ISO 9001-15 QMS.
