Key Responsibilities

• Resident engineering services for road construction and rehabilitation
• Construction supervision, quality assurance, and HSE compliance monitoring
• Contract administration, site instructions, and reporting
• Measurement and verification, interim payment certificates, variations and claims support
• Review/approval of method statements, materials, testing, and workmanship
• Chair/attend site meetings, compile minutes, track programme and progress
• Manage site supervision staff and coordinate with the Client, Contractor, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Approximately 8-10 years as a Resident Engineer with proven exposure as RE/site supervision lead on road projects.
• Civil Engineering qualification (BSc/BEng/BTech or equivalent)
• Knowledge of FIDIC/GCC, COLTO/COTO, road materials, layerworks, surfacing, drainage and related QA/QC processes
• Strong reporting and documentation skills (MS Office proficiency)
• ECN registration/eligibility is an advantage
• Valid driver’s licence; willingness to work on site
