Expression of Interest: Project Delivery Specialists
To manage and direct project site activities and resources to ensure successful project delivery, on assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of output of the project site teams including alignment with company, Client, regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Ensure the management and technical competence of the site teams in the delivery of the site activities is continuously enhanced and developed to meet the requirements of the clients and their projects.
Requirements
- Namibian Citizen.
- Recognised Related Tertiary qualification
- 20+ years’ experience in Project and/or Construction Management in minerals processing and related industries required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- High level of customer focus.
- Proven ability in leading multidisciplinary activities.
