Key Responsibilities

• Provide system support and perform preventative maintenance by promptly investigating and resolving technical issues and assisting with system enhancements.
• Contribute to the development of business requirements by gathering, analyzing and producing draft business requirements using approved elicitation techniques and templates, ensuring alignment with user needs and technical capabilities.
• Document, map and maintain business processes, procedures, workflows and process flows by applying IT Business Analysis Standard Operating Procedures and using approved templates for new initiatives, enhancements and process optimization needs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform system, integration, functional, and user acceptance testing to verify that new or enhanced business systems meet defined technical and business requirements.
• Support training delivery and the development of training materials and user guides for new systems, enhancements and process changes.
• Contribute to drafting feasibility studies and business cases by conducting market and technology research on new and existing solutions.
• Execute any other duty assigned to him/her in line with the department’s operations by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Data Analytics
• Bachelors Degree in Informatics or Computer Science in Software Development
• Competence in business and data analysis
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools
• Experience in application maintenance and system support
• Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall approaches
• Working knowledge of PMBOK and/or PRINCE2 project management methodologies
• Capability to document, map, and maintain business processes and workflows
• Experience in conducting testing activities (System, Integration, Functional and UAT)
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem‑solving capability
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and contribute to continuous improvement
