Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems
• Prepare and issue invoices and receipts
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Assist with payroll and statutory submissions (if required)
• Respond to supplier and customer queries
• Provide administrative support to the finance team
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Some experience in an accounting role (internship or entry-level job preferred)
• Familiarity with accounting software – Pastel Xpress, Pastel Payroll HR
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
