The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Namibia/Angola is an independent and non-profit making German political foundation, promoting democracy and good governance. KAS is seeking to recruiting an Accountant/Admin Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Financial administration, reporting, and compliance
Financial planning and budgeting
Bookkeeping in our digital booking system (fav2), reconciliations, and procurement oversight
Support to programme staff and partner organisations
Coordination of audits and adherence to KAS and Namibian regulations
General Office Administration
Pay Roll Management

Requirements

Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably with an NGO or donor-funded organisation.
Knowledge of Namibian financial Regulation.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
High integrity, accuracy, and organisational skills.
Ability to work fast and independently in an intercultural environment.
Ability to speak German is an added Advantage.
