Job Title: 1 X Technical Services Officer (Grade C4)
Main Purpose of Position:
To plan, coordinate, and control all operations of the water distribution, waste water and transport sections, and to provide expert advice and guidance to staff in the respective sections, in order to ensure an efficient and effective service with respect to operation and maintenance of council services.

Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, municipal) NQF Level 5 or Certificate in Engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, municipal) NQF Level 5
- Diploma in Engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, municipal) NQF Level 6 or Certificate in Engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, municipal) NQF Level 6 would be an advantage
- At least 4 years’ experience in the engineering fields, of which at least 2 years should have been in a supervisory capacity
- Driving licences code CE
- Must be a Namibian
- No criminal record (Attach a certified copy of conduct not older than six (6) months)
