Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead workers on site

- Work hands-on with the team (steel, concrete, general building)
- Solve on-site problems as they arise
Requirements
- Experience as a construction foreman or supervisor
- Strong hands-on construction skills
- Able to read basic drawings
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Physically fit and reliable
