Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cattle and feedlot operations
• Manage animal health, feeding programs, and welfare.
• Supervise FSC-compliant charcoal production and briquette manufacturing
• Source charcoal for factory and ensure quality standards.
• Plan and manage loading schedules and logistics.
• Plan, manage, and monitor crop production including maize, wheat and vegetable farming.
• Supervise farm staff and contractors
• Ensure efficient use of resources, equipment, and inputs.
• Operate, supervise, and maintain mechanical farm equipment and tractors
• Coordinate servicing, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain accurate farm & production records

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Farm Foreman or in a similar role
• Sound knowledge of cattle farming and feedlots.
• Experience in FSC charcoal operations and briquette manufacturing
• Knowledge of charcoal sourcing and logistics management.
• Practical experience in maize, wheat, and vegetable farming.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage teams
