Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell quality pre-owned vehicles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Expand and grow the customer base
• Participate in brand marketing and promotional events
• Set, achieve, and exceed sales objectives
• Continuously build knowledge of various vehicle brands
• Maintain high levels of interpersonal engagement
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Represent the company as a Brand Ambassador

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in motor vehicle sales
• Minimum qualification: Grade 12
• Strong understanding of customer satisfaction and customer care standards
• Basic financial knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Team player with an outgoing personality
• Valid Namibian Driver’s License
• Namibian citizenship
