DP SERVICE ENGINEER – Goodlux 330 views

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct DP annual trials, FMEA proving trials, and technical inspections
• Compile DP trial and technical reports
• Prepare DP trial programmes according to IMCA guidelines
• Liaise with vessel crews, clients, and classification societies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ensure compliance with class, IMCA, and client requirements
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure in offshore environments

Requirements

• N3 Mechanical Fitter (Ships) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with DP systems and offshore machinery
• Experience with Wartsila, Sulzer, Deutz, MAN, Ruston, Cummins, MTU4000 engines, and Ariel/LMF compressors
• Experience performing DP trials, fault-finding, troubleshooting, commissioning, and technical reporting
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel offshore and internationally
