Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for General HR administration, including the management of employee records and database.
• Contractual administration and monitor probationary periods for new appointments.
• Cooperate with other departments and provide HR data support.
• Provide the required support in terms of FOA vacancy announcements.
• Screen CVs, conduct relevant employment and medical checks, recruitment and selection.
• Orientation and placement of new employees.
• Provide monthly payroll inputs to the Finance department for the processing of salaries and related benefits.
• Assist with the compilation of HR monthly reports.
• Secretarial services and official correspondences in respect of HR services.
• Assist with the preparation of departmental budget and control expenditure against the budget.

Requirements

• A 3-year tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or an appropriate administrative diploma with Personnel Management as major subject.
• Approximately three (3) years appropriate experience.
