MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years’ working experience in HR Administration position will be an advantage
- Fully computer literate
- Own transport
- Able to work under pressure
- Namibian citizen
- Fluency in English a prerequisite
- Local candidates will be given preference
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
- Administer employee benefits and update relevant documentation
- Process payroll inputs, verify timesheets, and assist in resolving payroll discrepancies
- Coordinate employee medical bookings and training schedules
- Arrange PPE for new employees and ensure distribution of payslips to sites
- Manage employee contracts and induction documentation
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing and general HR correspondence
