Job Overview

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor: Dispatch

Location: Windhoek

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards at all times.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the timely dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate and efficient order processing in line with customer delivery requirements.
• Supervise the preparation of goods, including proper packaging, palletizing, segregation, and documentation.
• Monitor and report on inventory movement, damaged stock, and returns.
• Oversee goods-in, goods-out, and order picking processes to ensure accuracy, minimal handling, and reduced stock damage.
• Ensure internal delivery procedures are followed to meet dispatch schedules.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the warehouse team to consistently achieve operational targets.
• Plan and manage staffing levels to meet daily warehouse operational demands.

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management (advantageous).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related systems.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid Police Code of Conduct Certificate.
