Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of crushing and screening equipment to produce high-quality aggregate products in line with operational, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Namibian ID
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Valid Code of Conduct (not older than 6 months)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in operating mobile crushers
• Experience in aggregate plant operation and maintenance
• Ability to understand and communicate in English
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and operational instructions
