CREDITORS CONTROLLER
LOCATION: WINDHOEK

KEY PERFORMANCE AREA:

Indongo Toyota is seeking a skilled and experienced Creditors Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the company’s supplier function and ensuring smooth financial operations.

• Receive and distribute supplier invoices for approval and processing

• Anomalies brought to the Financial Managers attention timeously and proactively

• Reconciliation of assigned General Ledger accounts to be updated and cleared monthly

• Prepare and submit reports and correspondence required by suppliers and line management

• All invoices comply with VAT requirements and authorize within agreed authority

• Handle account queries efficiently and professionally

• Administer petty cash controls for dealership if required

• Obtain best payment terms available

• Various ad hoc creditors duties

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12

• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Motodata/Evolve, Microsoft Excel will be advantageous)

• At least 5 years’ experience in this field

• Bookkeeping or other relevant qualification

• Automotive experience will be advantageous
