OPERATIONS MANAGER

We seek an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily production and staff at our high-volume tire recycling plant.

Key Duties:

• Manage plant operations, production & material flow

• Oversee maintenance of shredders, cutters & conveyors

• Lead HSE Compliance (ISO 45001/14001)

• Supervise operators, yard & maintenance teams

• Control stock, logistics, containers & dispatch

• Report on KPIs, budgets & performance

Requirements:

• 5+ Years industrial/manufacturing/recycling experience

• Strong technical & mechanical knowledge

• Proven leadership in heavy-industry operations

• Solid HSE understanding

• Computer literate, valid licence

Advantages:
