Admin Clerk – Walvis Bay

Formula Courier Services, one of Namibia’s biggest Domestic Couriers Services, requires the services of an Admin Clerk for our Walvis Bay Branch.

Purpose of Position:

Walvis Bay Administration Clerk be responsible for the following duties.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Attend to walk-in clients, answering telephones
• Receiving and processing of incoming freight
• General admin and customer service (inquiries)
• Capturing and scanning of Waybills on Parcel Perfect
• Checking freight manifest
• Basic Debtors: Cash, POD’s
• Manage all customer complaints
• Multiple languages will be of advantage.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• At least 3 year working experience in a similar position (courier / logistics)

• Parcel Perfect knowledge will be an added advantage

• Communication and interpersonal skills, including influence, persuasiveness and negotiation skills will be critical success factors
• Namibian Citizen
