Qualifications & Minimum Requirements

Requirements:

• University Degree

• Excellent English and Chinese language communication ability and skills

• Abilities of bilingual translation and interpreting in Chinese and English

• Able to communicate effectively with supervisors, managers and directors of various departments, in Chinese and English

• Able to read, write and speak Chinese excellently as communication with the group companies must be done in Chinese

• Further all reports between group companies

• Must be done in Chinese after which it will be translated to English

• Further all reports between group Companies

• Be the direct liaison between the company in Namibia and the head office and local and foreign investors.

Responsibility

• Responsible for the interpretation and translation of relevant documents, reports, notices, meeting minutes in Chinese and English

• Responsible for participating in the preparation and drafting of work plans for production coordination and actively coordinating production information in Chinese and English

• Help the department, office or workshop to do the bilingual training in Chinese and English for both local and chines employees

• Responsible for the daily production progress, keeping equipment intact, staff attendance and other data collection and collation in Chinese and English

• Cooperate with workshop or departments to complete various production and no production activities in Chinese and English

• Provide all kinds of data and statistics in Chinese and English timely according to the system and requirement.

• Provide all required documents and reports accurately and completely in Chinese and English

• Cooperate with the financial department of the company to do inventory, collect, and sort out the monthly statements carefully and report to their leadership and related departments in Chinese and English.

• Responsible for the formulation, organization and implementation of technology and business skills training for Chinese and local employees.
