Ongwediva Trade Fair Society (OTFS), the organiser of the Ongwediva Annual Trade Fair (OATF), invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the below position.

ADMIN AND STAKEHOLDER LIAISON OFFICER

Salary: N$170,000 per annum
Contract: 5-Year Contract
Duty Station: Ongwediva Trade Fair Centre

Key responsibilities:

The role provides administrative, organisational, and stakeholder-coordination support to the OTFS Board and the OATF Preparatory Committee. The Officer will manage Secretariat operations, coordinate stakeholder engagements, support marketing and digital communication, and assist with planning and execution of the Ongwediva Annual Trade Fair.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• National Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in stakeholder liaison, public relations, marketing, or communications

• Minimum 3 years’ administrative/secretarial experience

• Experience in event coordination and exhibitions is an added advantage

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and social media management
