Job Title: Track Supervisor Required

Number of positions: (1) | Internal/External

Division: Maintenance (Rossing Site)

Purpose of the Job: The Track supervisor will be responsible to ensure the reliable operation, safety and efficiency of the Track equipment through effective maintenance, troubleshooting and compliance with industry standards and best practices

Key Performance Areas:

Maintain a high safety standard in the Track section

Inspection & Compliance

Identifying and prioritize maintenance needs and defects, initiating corrective actions as required.

Supervision & Leadership

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of track maintenance crews.

Maintenance & Repair

Manage preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime

Minimum Requirements:

• • Qualifications: Grade 12 or higher certificate, N3/L3 Trade certificate, Code B driver’s license is compulsory, Valid 3 months Code of Conduct

  • Experience: At least 5-year experience in earth moving equipment in an open pit mining environment.

  • Knowledge and Skills: Outdoor work in all weather conditions., Strong communication skills
