VACANCY
The Namibia Airports Company (NAC) is a wholly State-owned company established in terms of the NAC Act (Act no. 25 of 1998) and governed by the Public Enterprises Governance Act (Act no.1 of 2019) and Companies Act (Act no.28 of 2004), to undertake the operations, management, and control of certain aerodromes in Namibia, and to provide for incidental matters.
HR Administrator: Compensation and Benefits
Duty Station: Head Office.
Direct Supervisor: HR Officer: Compensation & Benefits.
Purpose of Position: This position is responsible for receiving, recording, and filling incoming and outgoing documents; To provide help desk functions to assist employees with queries pertaining to compensation and benefits; Also, to maintain the filling system and administrate all filling records according to the set standards.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Record Keeping and Archiving, Human Resources, or any other relevant field with 3 years of working experience; OR A Diploma (NQF level 6) in Record Keeping and Archiving, Human Resources, or any other relevant field with at least 2 years of working experience.
Field of Experience: Record keeping or Human Resources Administration.
Key Performance Areas: Filling; Leave Administration; Mail Processing; Archiving Services; Administration; QMS & SMS.
Competencies / Skills: Understand the principles of compensation and HRIS; Microsoft suite; HR Administration Process; Remuneration and benefits principles; Good knowledge of Namibian Labour Laws and regulations; Record\Archiving.
