The Arandis Town Council invites dynamic and suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of:

• Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

• Grade/Band: C3

• Salary Notch: N198,049–N206,215

• Department: Office of the Chief Executive Officer

• Duty Station: Arandis

Primary Purpose: To provide professional, efficient, and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring the smooth operation of the Office of the Chief Executive Officer in line with Council standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• A 3-year Diploma in Office Administration, Public Administration, or an equivalent qualification plus five (5) years of relevant experience, or

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration or an equivalent qualification plus three (3) years of relevant experience

• Computer literacy

• A valid Code B Driver’s Licence

• General Administration

• Preparation of Agendas and Meeting Documents

• Provision of Executive Support Services
