JOB PURPOSE
As a Sales Coordinator Learner, you will have the opportunity to acquire and develop essential skills and knowledge related to sales coordination and support functions within an organization. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience and learning opportunities to contribute to the sales team’s success while gaining valuable insights into sales processes and customer relationship management.
GENERAL DUTIES

Training & Learning: Engage in comprehensive training programs to gain knowledge about sales techniques, products knowledge, CRM systems, and sales support processes utilized within the organization.

Order Processing: Assist in processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is captured and properly documented.

Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by coordinating and facilitating communication between internal departments, sales representative, and customers.

Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries, order status updates, and resolution of customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Reporting & Analysis: Generate and compile sales reports, performance dashboards, and other sales-related data for analysis and reporting purposes.

Sales Documentation: Assist in preparing and maintaining sales documents, contracts, proposals, presentations, and other sales materials as required.

Sales Administration: Support administrative tasks related to sales operations, including maintaining customer database, managing sales collateral inventory, and updating pricing information.
PROGRAM MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 Certificate.
-
Enrolled in a higher education institution with a focus on, business administration, sales, marketing, commerce, or a related field.

Must be a first to second year student eligible for WIL.

Applicants must include a full academic record to their applications.

Must have experience working with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Must be a Namibian Citizen.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service, including strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Driver’s License.
