Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Walvis Bay
Nature of the position: 5-year fixed term contract

Primary purpose of the position

To lead the Commercial and Marketing division at Namdock with a strong focus on strategic business development, sustainable growth and brand leadership. The Executive will develop and execute integrated commercial marketing and innovation strategies that expand Namdock’s market presence locally and internationally optimize revenue generation and ensure long-term competitiveness in the Maritime and related industries.

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Minimum Honours Bachelor’s degree in: Mechanical Engineering/Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering, at level NQF 8.

• MBA or relevant Masters’ degree would be advantageous, at level NQF 9.

• Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years relevant Senior Management experience.

• Valid Code B drivers’ license.
