5 X Shop Operators

JOB PURPOSE:

To deliver exceptional customer service to sport betting players/clients by providing superior sales service and interpreting cliental bet information on the bet ticket.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend to clients in a helpful and friendly manner

• Taking customer bets and capturing them on system and printing betslips

• Reconcile cash up with daily financial reports

• Explaining the sport betting process to the clients

• Keeping the betshop clean and tidy at all times.

• Making sure that all weekly game fixtures are printed out and on the notice board

REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Computer User Skills

• Namibian Citizen with Grade 10-12

• No previous betting shop experience required

• Valid police clearance certificate

• Excellent Customer Focus

• Attention To Detail

• Professional And Friendly

• Good Interpersonal Skills
