KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Planning and forecasting of stock
-
Ordering of stock as per reordering schedule, or special circumstances/ requests
-
Managing price changes (adhering to suggested mark-ups, but taking into account local circumstances)
-
Offering product advice to customers and staff members
-
Management of promotions and specials
-
All related administration of stock (e.g. GOB process, correct prices, transport costs and mark-ups)
-
Creates orders as per customer requests (e.g. special orders/ requests)
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE
-
Namibian citizenship
-
A Grade 12 Certificate
-
Minimum 3 years of relevant retail
related experience -
A valid driver’s license
-
Proficiency in English
-
Must be computer literate
-
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
