PROJECT SPECIALIST REQUIRED
LEAD SITE PROJECT ENGINEER
Lycopodium is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Lead Site Project Engineer to join our dynamic, team in Namibia.
Candidates should possess the following:
• Be a Namibian Citizen
• Minimum of 8+ years experience in EPC/EPCM mining projects in remote location.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related plus Project Management
Qualification within Construction Environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in leading multidiscipline activities and contracts
• Strong HSE commitment with experience driving SHEC programs on site.
• Skilled in QA/QC, contract management, RFls, and project reporting.
• Proficient in project control systems.
