NBL is on a journey to become the best-connected Brewer and we’re looking for individuals with high potential, to join us for a period of at least twelve (12) months, to be based in Windhoek, within the following
fields of study:

BA/BBA/BCom (Marketing)

Bachelor of Law (LLB)
-
Bachelor/Masters (Corporate Communication, Public Relations,
Marketing/Corporate Affairs, Legal background, Political Affairs) -
BSc/Master/Certifications (Data & Analytics)
-
BA/BSc Soc/BCom (Organisational/Industrial Psychology)
-
BSc/BEng (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation)
-
BCom/BSc (Supply Chain, Logistics, TPM)
-
Bachelor of Occupational Health & Safety/Env Health & Safety/
Public Health
For potential roles in the following functions:
• Supply Chain, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), SHE, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Affairs and Digital & Technology
REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed bachelor’s qualification in the above-mentioned field of study (must have graduated between 2024 – 2025)
• Proven track record of consistent outstanding academic achievements at an accredited tertiary institution with a minimum cumulative score of 70%
• Namibian citizenship
• Police Clearance Certificate not older than 3 months
• A valid driver’s license will be advantageous but not required
• Flexibility to travel locally at short notice
